Professional Organizer - Toronto Location

Location: Toronto, ON (GTA) Position Type: Contract / Part-Time (with opportunity to grow)

About Us

Mello Spaces is a professional organizing company with over 6 years of experience helping busy professionals and families create calm, functional homes. We’re known for our thoughtful, judgment-free approach and systems that are tailored to real life.

We’re excited to be launching a brand-new Toronto branch, and we’re looking for an amazing Professional Organizer to help us establish and grow our presence in the GTA.

About the Role

As a Professional Organizer, you’ll work hands-on with clients in their homes to declutter, organize, and create systems that truly work for their lifestyle. This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, empathy, and a strong eye for detail.

Because this is a new location, this role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to be part of building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to declutter and organize spaces such as kitchens, closets, offices, bedrooms, and storage areas

  • Create practical, easy-to-maintain organizing systems

  • Assist with packing, unpacking, and move-related organizing when needed

  • Sort items for donation, disposal, or resale

  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and non-judgmental presence in clients’ homes

  • Represent the Mello Spaces brand professionally at all times

Who We’re Looking For

  • Based in Toronto or the GTA with a reliable car and valid driver’s license

  • Naturally organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in clients’ homes and handling personal belongings

  • Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and move for several hours

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly demeanor

  • Able to work independently while following established systems and standards

  • Availability during weekdays (some flexibility required)

Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience in professional organizing, interior styling, or home-related services

  • Background in customer service, hospitality, or caregiving
